My descent to the Grand Canyon

Didn’t go all the way to the bottom…the 3mile mark was enough for a first time hiker…felt queasy before heading down…posed for some pics and posted in fb…some liked it…others not…performed some stretching as advised by the veteran hiker ninong tirso…made sure my aqua was bastante….brought over 3l of water in my backpack and off to the abyss…

Going down was easy even when the sun was up…Climbing up in the heat of day was a different story…it was a matter of survival-the real deal…You can tell there’s a huge difference between a thread mill and dusty rough raising nauseating steeps …water and few prayers saved me…On the way up, talked with a few fellow hikers and whined a lot as shown in the featured image…who in the world invented this trail? and what did we get out of it?…nothing but sweat…but once you cross the finish line…everything changes…Amen…
